Indonesia - as an archipelago - has an area of mostly water. Then, it is so obvious, when Indonesia has many islands tourism potential. Indonesia has many unspoiled islands. Because of that, I often get confused about what I am going to write about :)
Travelling to the remote islands has unique challenges. In order to get to such kind of tourism spot you have to travel overland, sea, and even air. Facilities available are not as complete as in big cities. Trips to Derawan Islands, Berau, East Kalimantan (Borneo) is among one of them. Derawan Islands consists of four islands destinations, they are Derawan Island, Sangalaki Island, Kakaban and Maratua Island. Each island has its own beauty.

Tour de Singkarak is an international Bicycle Racing event. The name of Tour de Singkarak is derived from the name of a beautiful lake in Wes Sumatera. Singkarak Lake is a lake that stretched across two regencies, the Solok regency and Tanah Datar regency. This volcanic lake has an area of 107.8 km ² and is the second largest lake on the island of Sumatra.

SAILING CROSS 0°00'00" IN RIAU ISLANDS
This year Neptune Regatta which is the only Cross Equator sailing event in the world will sail the seas of Indonesia again. Neptune Regatta is scheduled to take place on 10th-16th February 2013. This activity offers a challenging sailing experience. Neptune Regatta consists of yacht rally, family cruiser yacht, catamaran or motor yacht. The race is designed for luxury and exclusive super yachts to race across the equator.
